Woolpip
Delete your account
What happens
Deleting your Woolpip account removes, right away and for good:
- Your account: your email address and sign-in methods.
- Everything synced to your account: projects, counters and their history, your patterns, and your notes and drawings on them.
- Pattern files you imported (PDFs and images) and the photos of your projects.
- Your purchase link: the record that ties your purchases to this account (RevenueCat).
- Sign in with Apple’s permission for the app, if you used it (we revoke it).
We keep only:
- A deletion receipt: a one-way hash of your account ID (it can’t be turned back into your ID or email), the time, and which steps finished. We keep it for 2 years as proof that we deleted your account.
- Records of purchases, which Apple and Google keep under their own policies.
- What’s on your devices: deleting the account doesn’t remove the app’s data from your phone or tablet. Delete the app to remove it.
You can also delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. If you never made an account (you used Woolpip without signing in), there’s nothing stored with us to delete; removing the app removes its data from your device.
1. Confirm it’s you
Enter the email address of your Woolpip account. If there’s an account for it, we’ll send a 6-digit code.
Signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”? Enter that relay address; Apple forwards the code to you. Or write to support@randomfuse.com.
2. Enter the code
If there’s an account for , a code is on its way. It expires in an hour.
3. Delete your account
This deletes your Woolpip account and its data as described above. It can’t be undone.
Your account is deleted
Your Woolpip account and its data are gone. If Woolpip is still on a device, it keeps working without an account.
